Connect 4 was launched in 1974 and nearly 50 years later is still a firm favourite, with millions continuing to challenge a friend to some disc-dropping fun. Simplistic yet satisfying, the aim of the game is to get four of your coloured discs in a row to win. Connect 4 is suitable for the majority of the family, from ages six to 106, and is played by two players. It is available in three formats; a classic grid game for playing at home, a “Grab & Go” compact version ideal for holidays and days out and a handbag size card game perfect for the kids taking round to a friend’s house.
